  • A Code is required to use this registration. This registration type is created for participants from Haiti. If you are a participant from Haiti, contact AMHE for the registration code.
  • Regular Registration - Fellows/Resident Physicians/Interns/Students who are members of AMHE may register for this event free of charge.
  • Regular Registration rate for Active Duty Physicians who are members of the AMHE
  • This rate applies to nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
  • This rate applies to Retired Members of the AMHE.
  • Non-Member - Nurses - Allied Health Professional

Theme: "Medicine: The New Frontiers."

AMHE invites you to register NOW for its 53rd Annual Scientific Convention sessions.   The AMHE Annual Medical Convention will be held in New Orleans from July 26 to August 1, 2026.  

The 2026 Convention will be delivered in a Hybrid format to make it accessible to participants who cannot attend in person.  The AMHE Canada Chapter will host this year's convention.  We thank Dr. Yasmine Titus-Pompei, Vice-President AMHE and 2026 Convention Chair, for her leadership in preparing this event. 

We thank Dr. Eric Jerome and the Scientific Committee Team for their outstanding work in delivering another Excellent scientific program for the 2026 AMHE Convention.

AMHE features experienced speakers of various academic backgrounds. Their presentations will cover broad aspects of medical practice. The sessions will offer up to 20 CME credits. 

Virtual participants may join us via ZOOM to learn about recent medical advances.  If you plan to attend virtually, please use the virtual participants' registration. Please note that a separate link will be provided each day.

If you are attending either as a presenter or a CME participant, you must register for the scientific sessions on this page.

The 53rd AMHE Annual Convention will feature the following:

  • High-quality Scientific Program with CME credits for participating physicians.
  • A three-day interactive Scientific Event packed with new Scientific information.
  • Many Sessions will highlight newly uncovered medical practices.
